Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am a hairstylist in Florida and I booth rent. The owner refuses to give a contract. I have been there for almost 2 years on verbal agreement and now she is asking me to leave because she wants to carry a certian hair product line that she wants me to use and sell for her. I refused to sell it, because I have my own, and did not go to any of the informative classes for it. She "fired" me. I pay my rent early every week and keep my space clean and have never damaged anything. Do I have to leave?
