Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Name on invoice
I would like to know who best to sue
(small claims most likely).. the
individual, being the co. president or
the company (both are in the ''to''
field on my unpaid invoice. It seems I
should go after the company as I file
claim, but I worry they could claim
bankrupcy...? Thank you.
