Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I was paying a debt to a company and went through a difficult patch. The payments were not being made and I got a summons. I ended up talking with the said company and they agreed to stop with the court preceding and allow me to start paying them again. I knew the mount would be high sinve they had the court involved, but if I can prove that they are charging me the whole amount for the item I had already paid $2000.00 on is that a legal issue?
