personal guarantee
am officer of an S/Corp.unwittingly filled out credit app.&personal guarantee at the same time, for the business. Can my house on the deed with my husband recieve a judgement against it?

No.
If you were the one that signed the personal guarantee, then only your assets are at risk. That said, you should cancel the guarantee if at all possible.
