Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am renting a bar in a retail plaza in Florida,I have fallen 45 days behind in rent and my landlord will not accept last months rent without both months paid in full. Is this allowed?

Whether he can insist on both month's payments and your options depend on

lease contractual provisions. You must review the contract and perhaps seek
