Hello

Can I return a new car within 3 business days in the state of Florida? If one of those business days is a holiday does that still count in the three day return if there is such a law?

Read your purchase agreement to see what rights you have. Your other remedy may be under Florida's Lemon Law if applicable. Generally speaking, a holiday is not considered a business day (but it really depends on the holiday, Federal holidays and state holidays usually do not count as business days). Check out:
