I have a stock certificate with a persons name and the letters "TEE UTD" followed by a date. What do the letters "TEE UTD" stand for or represent.

TEE is short for Trustee, and UTD stands for Under Trust Dated (which makes sense since it is followed with a date).
What that means is that the stock certificate is an asset in a Trust, and the person's name is the Trustee of that Trust.
