Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have a vacation rental that I recently took off the market. I made a donation for a 3 night stay. The person who paid for it is demanding I sned him the amount he paid for it. I didnt receive any money for this but donated it. I cannot rent anymore due to insurance complications. Can he demand the money from me?
