Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
used vehicle returns
I purchased a used motorcycle from a dealer. I picked the bike up at 5:00 PM and returned it the next morning at 8:30. The bike was returned for the following problems: front brake, clutch, starter, and speedometer. The dealer returned all of my money but $300.00. He first stated he would mail me the $300.00, but I never recieved any money. When talking to him several weeks later he stated the $300.00 was for all the woek he did. Can I recover the $300.00?

Possibly. You should sue in small claims court.
