Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
wanting to start a small company
I would like to get a state wide business licenses for the state which i live in. which is Florida. I have only done online searches trying to find out info but all I have been comeing up with is info on county and city lic. is there such a thing as state wide?

You don't get a statewide license unless you are in certain occupations. You do get county and city. What you want is a statewide incorporation if you are a corporation and you want to register your tradename statewide. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact my office.
