Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Writ of execution steps
I'm in the process of filing a writ of execution against a small corporation located in Fl.(although they are not listed under the Fl corp.)I understand that the sheriffs office will deliver this. How do I collect anything from them? I know they're renting office space. At one time the CEO had vehicles in the company name and a 37 ft sailboat. The company has also developed some software that is being used by several hospitals. Can the checking acct be attached? Do I need a lawyer? Private investigator?

Re: Writ of execution steps
It would probably be best to retain a Florida attorney to collect on the Florida judgment. The Courts here do not have jurisdiction outside of Ohio. the judgment needs to be transfered to Florids.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
