Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
hi, my boyfriend and i got in a fight he choked me and i pressed charges i was holding our son while this accured but he wasn't hurt the police are saying he's a child abuser but he isnt. i want to drop charges but the start attorney said he can pursue this and make me testify. what can i do

Help the state to convict him. Why would you want your child to be around a man that chokes women.
