Civil Rights violation

I hope you can help us.... this is horrifying. We placed my 23 you brain damaged , Autistic sister into a group home 6 months ago. her condition has deteriorated rapidly, including weight loss -they have not been medicating her properly -she has been black and blue over her body and face, MRI done last week revealed skull fractures in the front and back

She is in a phyc. ward, and they are conducting a sexual molestation investigation, including a rape kit .

can some one help us?

You may have claims against the individuals or the companies involved in managing the home, or even against the state or other agencies that license the home. You should consult with a lawyer who is skilled in these claims right away.
