Damage to Lawn from Tree Expert
I gave a tree company permission to remove a tree from my neighbors yard through my yard. The company damage my lawn, there are bald spots and ditches from they're work. I've contacted the owner and wants plant seeds, fertilizer and refill the ditches himself. However, he has not provided me with his license for yard maintenance. Do I have a small claims case against him for damages?
