My daughter is in 5th grade, she made a video @ home (Joking) Kill (boys 1st name) and put it up on youtube the other child and her are good friends(he knew about it) My daughter was made to sit in office for three and a half hours before the called her father, the other parents were callled and police callled and her phone was taken away. The other parents came in contact with her.

And the problem is? She posted a video about killing someone. Calling the police was appropriate. Have you heard about Columbine? You daughter should learn about what is and is not appropriate to post and what she should and should not threaten others about.
