who determins who can be a guest in a home?
My husband and I are not agreeing as to who can be a guest in our home we equally own. It is ''my'' 19 yr old daughter's friend. This is not his child.

Re: who determins who can be a guest in a home?
The owner determines it absent a homeowner's association with rules and regulations. If you both own the home, this is a family issue and not a legal one.
