Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Fmla
I am presently taking FMLA due to anxiety and depression triggered by my very stressful and overwhelming job. In the week following the start of my FMLA my boss sent me an e-mail and left a voice mail advising me that FMLA allows me to seek treatment for my condition but does not excuse me from fulfilling the full scope of all my job's duties. Is this correct? Is she violating FMLA guidelines by telling me I'm required to work?
