Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I gave away my dog after 3 yrs but realized I made a mistake and anked for her back but they would not give her back and also had her fixed, they only had her for 1 week when I asked for her back, how could the vet operate without knowing her medical records

Vets are able to assess the dog's physical condition and "fix" them without knowing a lot about an animal's past medical history. If you owned this dog for 3 years and failed to have her spayed, these folks did the dog a favor by spaying her. The last thing this world needs is more unwanted animals that their owners "give away" without hesitation. Her new owners have the right to keep her, and she is in a better home now. Leave it that way.
