Harrasment and threats
A code enforcment officer has been harrassing and threating us, plus she refuses to file a complaint we have made. I made a sign about this, can she sue me for defamtion of character? plus would i need proof that i am not lying about what shes been doing?

You should not make any statements of fact or mixed fact/opinion without risking a defamation suit. If she sues you, and truth is your defense, you will have the burden of proof.
