Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Is it legal to be told at your job, if you are a spanish/ english speaking person you are not allowed to speak in spanish, because other employees think you are talking about them? and you're told you will get writtn up. is that legal?????

It depends why that rule was put into place and if it applies to everyone. Check the EEOC's website for more information: http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/nationalorigin.cfm.

You probably want to consult with an employment attorney if their is no valid job reasons for not letting you speak spanish, then it would be discrimination.
