Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I own a pool and if kids want to swim with my daughter should I have there parents sign a paper because I'm not back there the whole time

As the owner of the pool, you will be responsible for anything that happens. Take CPR, make sure you have a good homeowners insurance policy, and never let the kids swim unsupervised. If you are not going to supervise or require that their parents come with them to supervise, then don't let them swim. I would not just rely on a waiver. Regards,
