Call the Judge's Judicial Assistant and ask him/her where you go to get a copy of the document that was signed by the Judge. Files are retained at the court house for some time, and then archived. All orders that are signed by the judge are in the court's file. Be sure to have your case name and number and be able to state what document you need.
