Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I purchased a car for $2,000 cash with my ex boyfriend. I was trying to be nice and added him on the title, which was a big mistake. I have 2 children and a single mother and that is my only car I need this for me and my kids. He is being a jerk and will not sign the tile I want him of the title. It is listed as "and" on the title. He already has a vehicle, I have nothing else to drive but this car. If I take him to court will they reward me the vehicle because I have children and that is my only means of transportation. Because he already has a vehicle to drive.

The fact that you have children is irrelevant. Sounds like you gave him an interest in the car. You can't take back a gift. That was a bad mistake.
