Internet Harassment

I am being harrassed my someone thru the internet selling site. I am in VA they in Fla. I would like to get an injunction to stop. They are using unfair business practices. I'd like to get an injunction against them. Is this possible? Thanks

Yes, you can probably get an injunction. It would cost you an hourly fee for an attorney to prepare a complaint and seek the injunction. Much depends on how much you want to pursue this matter. If you would like to pursue it, please feel free to call my office.

Yes you can sue them for an injunction. Maybe you should also notify the internet selling site.

Probably -- but it would cost you and would be a hassle. How much is it worth to you. IF it's just an annoyance, it may not be worth the expense.
