Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
unpaid job
I have done a paiting job for a building company in March 2008 and they have not paid me in full, I keep calling the owner and he does not answer my calls, can I take any legal action to get paid?

Sure. Bring a claim in small claims court. I would write first, making a final demand in writing.
