Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I bought a car from a private owner today , now mechanic says the engine is blown after I was told the car is sound mecanically .
What can I do ?

Very little unfortunately. You can see if you can get your money back and sue, but if you do not have any paperwork saying the car was in good condition, you are in trouble.
