Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I bought at walmart an eyeshadow (the one for little girls to play with) for my daughter. She got an eye infection. Her eye is red and black plus she has a bump with pus. I took her to the doctor he prescribed her antiobiotics and eyedrops and he said if it doesn't get better within 6 days she will need surgery. Can i sue the eyeshadow company??

The question is did the eyeshadow cause the infection? You may feel it does, and it may seem logical, but you will need to have your doctor directly related the connection between the infection and the eyeshasow. Ask the doctor. If he or she says yes, then see a lawyer and see my discussion on medical negligence on my web site. See www.FL-PI-Lawyer.com
