Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
my daughter went into a bridal store looking for a prom dress. My daughter found a dress and put down a $100.00 deposit. She signed a paper that had a all sales are final on it. When she came home and told me that the dress was $300.00 I told her that was to much money and not even 24 hours later my daughter called the store to cxl her order and the lady said she could have a store credit for $100.00. My question is my daughter is a minor she is not 18 and cant enter into a contrct can we get the $100.00 back ?
Thank you
