Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Dex Knows - on-line phone book
I purchased advertisement for Dex Knows Yellow Pages and online phone book in 10-07 with a rep from the R H Donnelly Corp. The ad was to go in for 11-01-07. Ad has not gone in yet, and I am being billed for service I done have. I have call, numerous times since 11-01-07 only to be passed to different people who have no idea when my ad with go in. I have gotten billed for three months and pass due notices. Would like to get out of the contract. I am an accountant and the ad was intended to generate business for the tax season and year-round.

Don't pay the bill. If you have not been given the services you bought, stop paying for it and write to cancel the contract.

You should consult an attorney to get a demand letter to them. Call a local attorney or feel free to contact my office.
