Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Just had the evaporator replaced on my air conditioner which was under warranty paid the company $700 to replace the evaporator did not last three hours now do you say to condenser is bad and they will replace it for free should I stop the check till they fix it

I wouldn't. They said they will replace it. Just get an e-mail confirming that and you should be fine.
