Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Fair Credit Reporting

I have disputed entries on my credit report with all credit agencies. The company reporting has the same debt reported multiple times. This company refused to report payment made to accounts which has raised beacon scores and caused denied credit as well as other financial loss due to these inaccuracies. With the exception of this creditor I have a good credit rating so all denials are a directly result of these inaccuracies. I have file a complaint with the FTC, and also turned them over to the IRS as they have written this debt off twice under two different accounts. Additionally they have collected amounts from me as agreed in a document signed by both parties. From its inception this account has been reported as delinquent even though payment were current. I have discussed this mater with a local attorney and feel I have a good case. Unfortunately is difficult to find an attorney that is verse in this field law or has the time to devote. If anyone has any references or help in this mater I would like to hear from them.

Thanks
