Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
False Advertisement / No Compete,Confindentiality Agreement
My employer ran an advertisement for goods but the day before the sale he increased the prices some up to 40% more than the day before. We had the sale and did very well. Then after the sale he lowered the prices. I feel this has to be illegal and I have a no compete and confidentiality agreement. Does breaking the law give me an out of my agreement to I can seek employment elsewhere?

I would say yes, if you leave and they try to enforce the agreement, you would probably have good arguments to defeat the enforcement of the non-compete.
