Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
My husband and I ran in to some problems. We purchased a boat engine from a respectable company and had an agreement that after we fixed the boat we will bring it to the company and they will install it and check it after the repairs on the boat were completed.
We paid our balance off 18 months ago and now that we requested to pick up the boat engine, they do not have it!
Since that time there is now a new owner involved.
What rights do I have as someone who purchased an item from a company?
Are my options is to walk away with a loss?
