Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I had a membership with anytime fitness for a year. When I renewed my contract at another anytime fitness facility they only charged me for the new contract rates for the first two months. After that they started charging me for both contracts every month. I called to get it fixed and the facility where the first contract was written informed me the owner had change two months ago but he refunded me the amount he collect while owning it. I called the financial office that collects the dues and both facilities and neither are able/or want to help resolve this matter. I also attempted to contact the coorperate office and they, of course never returned my call. I need help and not sure what to do.
