Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I was misled when trying to buy used RV, I put down 1000.00 for deposit and then applied for personal loan for 4642.42 the balance. After notifying them I had money they then did a final inspection on vehicle. They called me to say they could not sell to me because it was unsafe for the road. I now am having trouble getting my deposit back. This RV by rights should not have been on the lot for sale in the first place, what do I do?

There should be no reason that you wouldn't be entitled to your deposit back. If for whatever reason they are not giving you your deposit back then you might need to see a local attorney and evaluate your options, which will likely start with writing a demand letter for the amount owed.
