Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Motorcycle Purchase
Son bought cycle paid 11,000 out door. Found out 4 months later MSRP on bike was 5200. Is there any recourse to be taken or do we just live with it. No misreperentation he was just naive.

Nothing to do -- just a bad deal and a lesson to learn.

Re: Motorcycle Purchase
If no misrepresentation, he is probably out of luck. You might want to talk though to some attorney and go through all the facts to see if the attorney could see a potential argument instead of just writing it off to just his being naive. A consult of this type would likely cost you with most attorneys anywhere from $100-$300.
