Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased a used motorcycle from a dealer on Feb.28, in the state of Florida. The deal was good and I am not blaming the dealer for anything, Because of health issues I can't ride the bike. My legs are not cooperating as well as I thought. I have not taken the bike off the dealers lot. Is there any way that I can rescind the contract? The bike is being financed. Thank you.
