Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Truth in advertising
A Rewards Points site that I belong
to is offering 1,500 points per dollar
paid to a monthly service site (DVD
rental). I believe this is a misprint,
and that this is meant to be a one-
time 1,500 pt. reward. The offer is
clear, though. Does this company
have to honor its advertised offer?

A clear and obvious misprint is unenforceable.
