Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I have an atv that i have had to stop paying for because i lost my job, befor i lost my job i made payments from 225 to 250 for four years and thay are saying that i still owe over 8,000 dollars. it has now been turned over to a law office. is ther anything that i can do if i cant pay the whole debt of at once like they wish.i have also asked for them to repo and sell and that i would pay the diff. they said that they dont want it, what do i do?what civil rights do i have?if any?

You can sell the ATV and apply what you get to the debt. Try to work things out with the firm to get the best deal you can. You obviously bought this at a high ionterest rate, so much of your payments went to interest.
