Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
business bank account
I owe creditors over $100,000.00. I want to open up a nevada corporation here in florida with a business bank account. Will this protect me from any creditors attaching a lien on my business bank account?? Will anyone be able to get my money?

Not if you are the sole shareholder. The creditors can attach your stock in the corporation. If you are the only shareholder, they can liquidate assets of the company to satisfy the outstanding judgment. Instead of trying to avoid the creditors, you should seek a legal solution to resolve the outstanding judgment.
