Civil Law Suit Served

I was served yesterday for a car loan from 1/2000 on which I defaulted in 6/2002. The loan originated in DE, but I currently reside in FL, has this exceeded the statute of limitations?

The statute of limitations for a signed agreement in florida is 5 years. You should hire a lawyer. Should you seek help please contact my office.

Read your agreement. The loan may be covered by Del. law.
