Credit Card Debt

My husband signed my name as a co signer on 3 credit cards.He passed away recently.Am I responsible since I did not legally sign for these cards.,.He took care of all the bills while I worked.

Yes, you may be held responsible for any joint accounts. However, depending on the specific facts of your case that responsibility may be limited or barred depending on the defenses available to you.
