Credit Card Lawsuit

I am being sued by Citibank for nonpayment of a credit card debt. When the summons arrived, attached to it was someone else's information mixed into mine. I now have all of there personal information and I assume that other person now has my personal information too. Is there anything I can do about this and will it help my case?
