Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

credit card problems

My mother died she had me on her c.c. I used it after she died and paid back what i used. She had all kinds of insurance on it and it kept adding up. I paid as long as I could, but can't pay it any more. What can I do it has been turned over to collections and is getting out of control.

You should try to negotiate a resolution. The fact that you were an authorized user may permit them to seek recovery from you.
