No. But you can be arrested for contempt of court if you fail to obey a Court order.

No, our forefathers did away with debtor's prisons when they separated from England where someone could be imprisoned for debt. If someone threatened jail to collect a debt their actions would be considered unlawful. If a lawsuit has been filed against you for collection of a debt and you lie or purposely avoid the process then the court could order jail for contempt or perjury.
