Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Domain Name, I won't pay my payments per our contract

I have a contract to 'sell' a domain name to someone in Florida, the contract states that the buyer is to pay monthly payments. The buyer's busines situation has deteriorated to the point where he wants me to refund some of the payments and release him from further payments. After reading some the info on this site about voluntary vechile repo, I feel he doesn't have rigths to refunds. I can redirect my domain and resell it at an auction and collect on the buyer for the difference. I'm from Idaho and the buyer is in Florida. Our contract states the we will use Florida Law.

Please let me know if I've missed something fundamental here.

Thanks for your time,

Domain names are not subject to repossession unless your contract provides for such. You will have to read your contract to see what remidies it provides upon default.
