Garnishment
i surrendered my pickup truck 18 month's ago and now the loan company wants to garnish my wifes wages. I'm unemployed. Is there anything that can be done to stop this ?

If your wife wasn't on the loan, they can't garnish her wages. Also, even if she was on the loan, she may qualify as "head of household," meaning she can't be garnished. You should speak with a lawyer about it.
