Is it legal for a financial loan company to call your job several times a day and harrass you

No. From facts, don't know if you have a debt to them or not. If so, a letter to cease and desist under the Fair Credit Billing Act should suffice. If not, I'm not sure why they are calling you. If a soliciter, you should send a certified letter to stop or threaten to sue under federal law.
