Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

High, My name is Marie and i have a question, I owe some credit cards and i am being sued by them but i get ssi money and my ssi gets direct deposited into my checking account. Only ssi gets deposited there. Can they take my ssi money from my account, like garnish it? Please let me know ASAP and what should i do.
