Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My husband just got served today for his credit card. He stop paying it because right when we came back from our honeymoon he was fired. We couldn't pay the whole amount on the credit card right then and there like we use to. Our car was repossed and we almost lost everything. Until the past couple months my husband just got his job back. Do to his ex-boss being fired and accusing my husband of things. The owner of the company realized that my husband was truthful and gave him back his job. Now I know creditor's can garanish your wages but if we present all this to the judge what would they do. We are just getting back on are feet but we can't afford the 20% like they do.

Call the credit card people and make a deal with them. They will accept something rather than not receiving anything.
